Attachment 1 – Supplier Code of Conduct

Review the standard terms and conditions governing all Purchase Orders issued by Reservoir Link unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Attachment 2 – General Terms & Conditions for Purchase Order

Reservoir Link is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality across all our operations. We expect our suppliers, contractors, and service providers to comply with our HSE and Quality requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and recognised industry standards throughout the delivery of goods and services.

Attachment 3 – HSE and Quality Policy

Reservoir Link is committed to responsible and sustainable business practices and expects our suppliers and business partners to support our environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments. Suppliers are expected to comply with applicable environmental and labour laws, use resources responsibly, minimise waste and emissions, promote safe and fair working conditions, respect human rights, and uphold ethical business practices.

We encourage our suppliers to continuously improve their sustainability performance and, where applicable, support Reservoir Link’s efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and transition towards a lower-carbon future. Compliance with our sustainability expectations may form part of our supplier selection, evaluation and ongoing performance assessment.

Attachment 4 – Sustainability Policy

Reservoir Link maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards all forms of bribery, corruption, fraud, facilitation payments, kickbacks, and other unethical business practices.

We expect all suppliers, contractors, consultants, agents, and other business associates to conduct their business ethically and in full compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations, including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and other relevant legislation in the jurisdictions where they operate.

Reservoir Link is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and other applicable data protection laws.

As part of our procurement and vendor management processes, we may collect and process personal data of suppliers, contractors, consultants, and their authorised representatives for legitimate business purposes, including supplier registration, due diligence, contract administration, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and ongoing business operations.
