She was appointed to our Board 31st May 2019. She is Chairman of our Remuneration and Nomination Committee also a member of our Audit Committee.

Started her career as a law lecturer at Kemayan Advance Tertiary College (ATC). Following her career in lecturing, she worked at various legal firms and associates until she founded her own legal firm specializing in venture capital funds, investments and fintech advisory.

Obtained her Bachelor of Law from International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2000.
