He was appointed to our Board 31st May 2019. He is a member of our Audit Committee and Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Datuk Jason is one of the driving forces for Pan Sarawak Group of Companies which is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Gained extensive experience via his exposure helming the Pan Sarawak’s diversified group of companies spanning wide ranging of industries. He is also the Malaysian representative as board member in the East Asia Business Council and as Vice President of Malaysia Japan Economic Association. Actively involves in various business segments across the country including trade delegations, missions and working visits to many countries representing Malaysia.

Obtained his Bachelor of Science (Honours) Information Systems Design from Kingston University London, United Kingdom in 1987.
