Code of Business Conduct (COBC)
The Code of Business Conduct (“COBC”) applies to all Reservoir Link’s Directors and Employees, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, agents, representatives and others associates to promote safe work environment, good business conduct and maintain a healthy corporate culture that engenders integrity, transparency and fairness.
It provides guidance on Employees conduct when dealing with other parties that have business dealings with the Company and while performing their daily duties for the Company.
The Whistleblowing policy provides an avenue for all Reservoir Link’s employees and its business associates to report any genuine concerns in accordance with the procedures as provided under this policy and to provide protection for the whistleblower(s) who report such allegations.
It is designed to facilitate employees and business associates to report any malpractices through the Company’s provided channels.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (ABC)
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (ABC) is to set out Reservoir Link’s responsibilities to comply with laws and regulations in relation to bribery & corruption and provide guidance on how to deal with bribery and corruption issues as to ensure that the business is conducted in a socially ethical manner.
We take a zero- tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate.
