FloEASE™ Series

Specialty formulation for downhole well stimulation/production enhancement.

One-step stimulation formulation capable of dissolving inorganic materials and simultaneously dissolve / disperse organic deposits present and does not induce/create sludge. It changes the wettability characteristics of the formation rock towards water wetting and deeper penetration into rock matrix with controlled reaction kinetics. The formulation also remediate water blocks near well-bore and unleash the potentials of inflow.

  • Can be squeezed into formation via surface pumping for near well bore matrix stimulation and for tubing cleaning

Specialty chemicals to remove complex scale along with organics in pipelines, wellbore and tubing.

Customized One-step formulation capable of dissolving inorganic deposition and simultaneously dissolve / disperse organic deposits. This customized formulation has the ability to scavenge H2S and mitigate the risk of H2S. This chemical technology specifically can address the need to disintegrate, dissolve, and disperse, fluidize and dislodge the complex gamult of deposits/precipitates.

FloSAFE™ TC

Specialty formulation for WBM/OBM clean-up at production oil well.

  • FLO-SAFE™ MC were developed to replace the use of both mineral and organic acid in downhole deposit removal applications.

  • Deposit removal include drilling filter cake which sometimes come in the form of very dense and acid insoluble sagged barite, carbonate scales that deposit due to changes in fluid pressure and temperature.

  • FLO-SAFE™ MC are blends of specialty inorganic salts that will readily convert carbonate and sulphate scales, drilling filter cakes and iron deposits either into soluble ions or well dispersed particles

  • FLO-SAFE™ MC can also address the need to disintegrate, dissolve, and disperse, fluidize and dilute various types of mud and its residues.

FloSAFE™ DH-HCL

Specialty formulation non acid stimulation fluid.

  • FLO SAFE DH-HCL is a non acid matrix stimulation fluid developed to replace the common use of HCL which range from 15 to 28% in concentration normally used to stimulate carbonate formation.

  • The product a near neutral pH between 5 to 6 and does not need the numerous additives required for HCL. The product is non corrosive to metal and will not damage downhole jewelleries, pumping or coil tubing equipment.

  • Since the product is non corrosive, iron dissolution and precipitation is not a problem, and the product also does not form asphaltene sludge with crude oil.

  • It does not contribute to clay and fine problems as well which are normally associated with the use of acid.

FloSAFE™ DH-HF

Specialty formulation for matrix acidization without HF.

  • SAFE FLO DH-HF is a newly developed stimulation fluid to replace the use of mud acid (HCL:HF) for the matrix stimulation.

  • In traditional operation mud acid stimulation where hydrochloric acid is used in combination with either hydrofluoric acid or ammonium bifluoride.

  • The use of HF or the presence of unspent HF has exhibited very high risk of damages which included precipitations of reaction products.

  • Fine migration is another problem that is difficult to avoid after sandstone acidizing job.

  • SAFE FLO HF is developed without HCL with controlled reaction to produce just sufficient HF on the fly.

FloSAFE™ 200

Specialty formulation to acid free wellbore clean-up.

  • FloSAFE™ 200 is a combination of pre-clean agent and degreaser for pickling activity. FloSAFE™ 200 contains water soluble 100% bio-degradable industrial degreaser and also modified chelating agent.

  • FloSAFE™ 200 is highly compatible with wide range of solution pH and very effective in dissolution of iron, copper and brass and provides control of contaminating metal ions in plating baths.

  • FloSAFE™ 200 helps to prevent streaking after pickling. FloSAFE™ 200 is non- hazardous and non-damaging to metals and formation even at elevated temperatures.

  • FloSAFE™ 200 also offers the degreasing functionality and the ingredients are non-caustic, phosphate free balanced blend of biodegradable anionic and non-ionic surfactants. FloSAFE™ 200 is low foaming; non-flammable degreaser used for general usage.

Degreasing, Pre-clean Agent and Scale/sludge Dissolver.

  • FloSAFE™ 150 is a combination of pre-clean agent and degreaser for pickling activity.

  • FloSAFE™ 150 contains water soluble 100% bio-degradable industrial degreaser, solvent, surfactant and also modified chelating agent. The product can be effective well-bore clean-up solution.

  • The product is very effective in dissolution of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate , porous corrosion products and sludgy materials /deposits. helps to prevent streaking after pickling. As opposed to hydrochloric acid, FloSAFE™ 150 is non-hazardous and non-damaging to metals and formation even at elevated temperatures.

ScaleFREEZE™

Specialty formulation to inhibit scale downhole and near wellbore.

ScaleFREEZETM is solution to prevent scale formation down hole (i.e. near wellbore) whereby the formulation have very high absorption into rock matrix to retard the formation of scale from the produced water.

  • Specially designed to inhibit CaCO3 and CaSO4 scales at low dosage owing to its threshold effect.

  • Inhibit at as low as 1 ppm.

  • Effective especially for Calcium and Barium Carbonate scales.

FineSTICK™ Series

Specialty formulation used to control fine production from siliceous rock and coagulate for fine separation on surface.

FineSTICK is solution for chemical fines consolidation and migration control. Acidification of siliceous formations/sand stones releases fine clay/silica particles. The fines can lead to blockage of pores and hence reduced production rate. It also poses flow assurance challenges to be separated from stream.

Mechanism of work are:

QUICK FLO™ Series

Specialty formulation to separate sludge, rag, muck and emulsion.

Specialty sludge removal and separation chemical system to separate though rags, muck and emulsions. Can be applied to clean FPSO tanks, refinery tanks and vessels.

The formulation has ability to slowly penetrate, dissolve and disperse sticky components of sludge thereby weakening the mechanical structure of the sludge solids at moderate temperature.

The weakened sludge gets dissolved /dispersed in the presence of cheap solvents like thin crude oil/ diesel and the mechanical force of re-circulating fluid jetting in the form of viscous fluid.
